If you made any resolutions last night, you may want to rethink them.

Most resolutions are things to do.

✔ Run a marathon. Workout more. Save money. Start a new diet.

If your goal is a task to complete, what happens when you complete it? Do you go back to the 2019 you?

Instead, focus your resolutions around who you want to be.

?‍? I am a runner. I am good with money. I eat healthy.

Then, every action that reinforces that label is a success.

At the end of the year, you won’t just have boxes checked or unchecked, you will have an improved version of yourself.
